1. Check whether the supplier understands fin tooling

A fin press line supplier should be able to discuss fin die layout, material thickness, tube pattern, fin pitch and target stroke speed. If tooling and press line are discussed separately, production risk can increase.

2. Confirm line integration capability

For stable production, decoiling, oiling, feeding, punching and stacking should be considered as one equipment flow. Ask how the supplier matches the line modules to your fin size and capacity requirement.

3. Review technical communication

International buyers should receive clear drawings, scope descriptions, quotation assumptions, packing information and installation support details before order confirmation.

4. Ask about after-sales support

Fin production equipment needs adjustment, maintenance and operator training. Confirm how remote support, spare parts and technical communication will be handled after delivery.
