Fin die cooling system design:

The design of the cooling system of the fin mold is a relatively complicated task, i.e. to consider the cooling effect and the uniformity of cooling, and to consider the influence of the cooling system on the overall structure of the fin die; the determination of the specific location and size of the cooling system; the cooling of key parts such as the moving mold or insert; the cooling of the side slider and the side core; the design of the cooling elements and the selection of the cooling standard elements. Our company started to analyze this series of problems during the design of the fin die.
